3 Way Manifold Valves
Two-block-plus-equalise manifolds for differential pressure transmitters.
Overview
Two-block-plus-equalise manifolds for differential pressure transmitters. This range covers 5 variants: 3M-01, 3M-02, 3M-03, 3M-04, 3M-05. 3M-01 — A 3-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. A 3-way manifold provides two block valves plus an equalising valve, the standard arrangement for differential pressure transmitters. The equalising valve lets both sides be brought to equal pressure so the transmitter can be zeroed without removal. Configuration 3M-01 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request. 3M-02 — A 3-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. Direct-mount configuration flanging straight onto the transmitter body. Configuration 3M-02 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request. 3M-03 — A 3-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. Remote-mount arrangement for transmitters installed away from the process tapping. Configuration 3M-03 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request. 3M-04 — A 3-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. Includes additional vent connections for draining and venting the impulse legs. Configuration 3M-04 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request. 3M-05 — A 3-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. A compact pattern for installations with limited space around the transmitter. Configuration 3M-05 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request.
