Manifolds adding vent and test connections for full in-situ calibration. This range covers 2 variants: 5M-01, 5M-02. 5M-01 — A 5-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. A 5-way manifold adds two vent or test connections to the standard two-block-plus-equalise arrangement, allowing full calibration and drain-down of both impulse legs without breaking any joint. Configuration 5M-01 defines the specific port arrangement and mounting pattern; full dimensional drawings are available on request. 5M-02 — A 5-way manifold consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions of an instrument hook-up into a single forged body, replacing an assembly of separate valves and fittings. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths and a considerably faster installation. An alternative 5-way port arrangement for transmitters requiring separate high and low side test connections.
