Overview

Forged OS&Y gate valves in 800#, 1500# and 2500# classes for full-bore isolation duty. This range covers 3 variants: Gate Valve 800#, Gate Valve 1500#, Gate Valve 2500#. Gate Valve 800# — A gate valve raises a wedge clear of the flow path, giving a straight-through bore and very low pressure drop when fully open. It is intended for isolation duty — fully open or fully closed — rather than throttling. The 800# class suits general process isolation. Gate Valve 1500# — Rated for higher pressure service, the 1500# gate valve carries a heavier body and bonnet section for elevated-pressure isolation duty in refinery and power applications. Gate Valve 2500# — The 2500# class provides the highest standard pressure rating in this range, for severe-service isolation on high-pressure steam, hydrocarbon and hydraulic systems.
